Nepali Pathshala

Message from Pathshala Chair

Established in 2013 with a goal of teaching Nepali language, culture and tradition to our children, we are glad to announce that TNCC Nepali Pathsala has just completed its second year. This milestone couldn’t have been reached without the crucial time that all students, parents and volunteers commit  through variety of learning materials and activities.  The results have been obvious in students’ growth in reading, writing and conversation. With this pace I am confident that our students will not only become proficient in their mother tongue, but this language will also become their life-long asset and gets passed down through the generations.  We hope to continue to diversify our teaching strategies to ensure equal progress of each student, and we are open to any useful suggestions. TNCC families and individuals who are interested in getting involved in Pathsala activities either by volunteering or enrolling their children should contact Sau Silwal or any Pathsala parents.  We look forward to welcoming new members. In the meantime, we hope you will also enjoy glimpses of many activities that that Pathsala organizes throughout the year.
Thank you.
